01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 66win15 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, promotional features, and payment systems — you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 66win15 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.

Your continued use of 66win15 after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using 66win15 immediately and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 66win15 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time, including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66win15 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 66win15 account. The registration, maintenance, or use of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 66win15 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

You must notify 66win15 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 66win15 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them or where you have failed to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Account Currency

All 66win15 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. There are no currency conversion requirements or foreign exchange fees for Filipino players using GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank transfers.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

66win15 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the 66win15 Cashier section and may vary by payment method. 66win15 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check directly with your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own legal name. 66win15 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 66win15 may require full KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence) and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.

66win15 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 8 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may vary up to one (1) banking business day. These targets are not contractual guarantees and may be affected by payment provider outages, additional verification requirements, or public holidays.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

66win15 offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 66win15 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per person, per household address, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms and in the 66win15 Promotions FAQ.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to maximum withdrawal limits where stated.
• 66win15 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that promotions already actively claimed by players will be honoured on the terms stated at the time of claim.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 66win15 platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return for each game and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 66win15's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed the authoritative and final result. Technical malfunctions of any kind, including disconnections, browser crashes, or device failures, do not void a game round. The server-side record of each completed game round is final and binding.

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game as implemented by the live game provider. 66win15 is not liable for live dealer errors, provided that its game suppliers apply their own standard error resolution procedures.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66win15 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any 66win15 game or platform feature. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; winnings derived from an exploit may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or the use of 66win15 for the processing of stolen funds or illegally obtained money.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 66win15.
• Accessing 66win15 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 66win15 staff or other players.

66win15 reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 66win15 platform — including but not limited to the 66win15 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software code, and database content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66win15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 66win15 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 66win15 content without express prior written authorisation from 66win15.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66win15 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, game malfunctions, or your own gambling decisions.

66win15's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 66win15 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 66win15's liability for death or personal injury caused by 66win15's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

66win15 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings after 66win15 login:

11 Account Suspension & Termination

66win15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring 66win15 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed for a material breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 66win15's discretion, including any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture as a result of breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

A player may also voluntarily close their 66win15 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's nominated payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — 66win15 will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the 66win15 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

For minor amendments that do not substantially alter player rights (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing terms, or additions of new game-specific rules), 66win15 may implement changes immediately upon publication, with the updated effective date reflected at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. Your continued use of 66win15 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using 66win15 and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 66win15, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 66win15 customer support and submitting a formal written complaint. 66win15 will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
